Returns Eligibility
• Items must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Return Process

• Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We will replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.

Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
