At Links N Rinks, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Canada & United States 
  • Processing time - 2-5 business days
  • Estimated delivery - 7-15 business days 

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

•Multiple Shipments

•Some orders may contain products fulfilled by different production partners. If this is the case, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it is dispatched, and there is no additional shipping charge for receiving multiple packages.

International Shipping

•  International Shipping is currently unavailable

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
• Contact us immediately if an address change is required.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.
• Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
